18 U.S.C. 2257 statement

All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in this Website were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

With respect to all visual depictions displayed on this website, whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual content or otherwise, all persons in said visual depictions were at least 18 years of age when said visual depictions were created. The owners and operators of this Website are not the primary producer (as that term is defined in 18 USC section 2257) of any of the visual content contained in the Website.

All characters on Pecheca are fictional and are created by computer: illustration, animation and artificial-intelligence image generation. No visual depiction on this Website shows an actual human being. All characters are depicted as adults, eighteen (18) years of age or older, whatever the art style.

Because the content contains no visual depiction of an actual person engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, MediaSensu LLC believes that it is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Characters published by independent creators are held to the same rule. Each creator confirms, before anything is published, that the content depicts only fictional adults and no real person, and every submission is reviewed before it goes on sale. Photographs, video of real persons, and likenesses of real persons are not accepted.
